Campaign audiences are confirmed for each engagement. Registered farmers are not a measure of active users or guaranteed campaign reach.

Youth-powered programme delivery

Fund agricultural impact and youth opportunity together.

Kilimo Afya has already trained more than 100 youth agripreneurs in Meru. Every agripreneur is aged 35 years or below, and the network includes both young women and young men.

Agripreneurs have been deployed through paid farmer-onboarding assignments. Development partners can build on this tested model to combine farmer digitization, last-mile delivery, digital skills and income-generating opportunities for young people.

Digital extension & outgrower operations

Help every extension officer support more farmers.

Commercial farms, exporters, processors, cooperatives and development programmes often depend on extension teams spread across large farmer networks.

Kilimo Afya is designed to digitize routine parts of that work, help prioritize field interventions and give management clearer visibility across farmers, programmes and outgrower operations.

The goal is not to replace extension officers.

The goal is to let skilled officers spend more time on high-value field interventions while routine communication, records, learning and advisory workflows increasingly move through digital channels.

01

Farmer & outgrower registry

Organize growers, farms, enterprises, locations and programme participation in one institutional workspace.

02

Digital advisory

Handle routine information, agricultural guidance, learning and farmer communication digitally where appropriate.

03

Prioritized field work

Use assignments, cases and field observations to focus extension teams on farmers and situations requiring direct intervention.

04

Management visibility

Give programme and agribusiness managers clearer visibility into farmer activity, field operations and emerging needs.

05

Agricultural intelligence

Connect crop, livestock, location and advisory intelligence to the farmer network being managed.

06

APIs & integrations

Connect Kilimo Afya capabilities to existing institutional systems where the operating model requires integration.

Start with a measurable pilot

Measure farmers served per officer, response time, field visits, farmer engagement and programme delivery before scaling the deployment.

Discuss a pilot

Partner APIs & integrations

Use Kilimo Afya inside the systems you already operate.

Organizations do not need to replace their existing technology stack to work with Kilimo Afya. Partner APIs and scoped integrations can expose agreed agricultural capabilities inside existing applications, portals, dashboards and workflows.

Access, data exchange, permissions and farmer consent are defined for each deployment rather than treating institutional data as an unrestricted shared pool.

API 01

Farmer & programme APIs

Connect consented farmer registration, programme participation and institutional workflows to existing systems.

API 02

Agricultural intelligence APIs

Integrate agreed crop, livestock, location, AEZ and advisory capabilities into partner applications and services.

API 03

Field operations APIs

Exchange assignments, activities, cases and operational records where programme workflows require integration.

API 04

Reporting & analytics APIs

Move agreed programme metrics and aggregated operational information into partner reporting and BI environments.

Programme intelligence & M&E

Turn service delivery into measurable programme evidence.

Kilimo Afya Enterprise can connect farmer records, programme participation, field activities and agricultural interactions so organizations can understand what is being delivered and where.

Monitoring frameworks are configured around the indicators that matter to each engagement. Kilimo Afya distinguishes registered participants, delivered reach, engagement and completed activities rather than treating them as the same metric.
